SERVICE INFORMATION
Firstly it goes without saying that ALL our welcome to use my services. Race, gender, sexuality, body size, disability, etc. are no issue in my house or while you are with me. I want you to feel safe, comfortable, confident and sexy at all times - especially if we’re having naked fun together!
ALL my services are 100% discreet. Any and all information (such as phone number, email address, etc.) is kept strictly confidential and only I have access to your personal information. Including if you book in online - there is no 3rd party access to your information when submitting any forms. In addition, any and all messages and media sent to myself are deleted within a 24 hr period after the session has finished.

CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT
If you need to cancel an appointment please give me as much notice as possible, or as early as possible on the day of the appointment so that I can open back up my diary. Please don’t just go cold on me, it’s bad manners. Likewise, if I need to cancel an appointment then I will let you know as soon as possible. If either parties do have to cancel then I will try to rearrange the appointment for mine or your next availability.

I DO NOT FIND DUO PARTNERS OR ORGANISE GROUP SESSIONS : This is because I’ve had bad experiences in the past arranging these type of sessions due to the other ‘professional(s)’; not showing up, being rude and unprofessional, turning up high on drugs, can’t/won’t perform or have done what I call a ‘cash run’ (which is when they take your cash and not turn up or not performed their duties and leave straight away with your cash) and it has back fired on me and burned my personal and professional reputation and relationships. But this is not to say I won’t join in duo & group activities, it’s just that you must find the other parties you want to join in the session.
THE RATES SET IN PLACE IS AN INDIVIDUAL RATE: For example, you want a 1 hour session, that would be £250 for my time during the session and then you have your own personal arrangement with the other professional guest.

ALL payment must be paid in full before the session starts on ALL services.
CASH: Cash is my preferred payment method
BANK TRANSFER: It will be a direct bank transaction to my personal account for now. So please keep my details discreet and even though you have access to my legal name please refer to me as Blake James. However, I am waiting for a business banking account to open which I will get you to make any and all transactions into.
When making a bank transaction, please can I get you to reference it as ‘P.B’ for Private Booking. If you are making a deposit transaction please reference it as ‘P.B.D’. That way it’s discreet for you on your bank account but equally we both know what the reference stands for.

I know paying a deposit might make you feel a little uncomfortable or you may have had a bad experience doing this in the past with other lads, but I want to reassure you that I won’t and have no need to scam you of your money. I’d much rather keep my reputation, dignity and self-respect.

CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS
If you have paid a deposit and you cancel the appointment then the deposit is none refundable. If the appointment is cancelled by me then you will receive 100% of your deposit back within 14 days.

BIRMINGHAM & WEST MIDLANDS AREAS: All travel expenses over to you must be covered before I start the journey. I will make my own way back.
LONG DISTANCE: All travel expenses to you and back to Birmingham, including any overnight stay required, must be covered at least 48 hrs before I start my journey, if not before that.
CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS
Any travel costs paid for are none refundable if you cancel the appointment. If the appointment is cancelled by me then you will receive 100% of the travel expenses you have paid for back within 14 days.

Myself personally I am HIV negative and I’m on PrEP daily (for those who do not know what PrEP is it is a medication that help’s prevent you getting HIV - please do some more research as it’s important to know about).
I’m in good health overall, I get tested at my local sexual health clinic every 3 month without fail and I do home testing kits once a month.

HYGIENE IS A MUST
Please make sure you shower and douche before every session. I know accidents can happen but please thoroughly clean before the session.
If you require a shower before, during or after the session then I can provide shower facilities, toiletries and a fresh towel for you to use.
If I feel your hygiene is not up to standard I will respectfully ask to you to shower.

I’m willing to have an alcoholic drink during the session as long as it’s from a fresh unopened bottle or straight from the bar.
I’m happy for you to participate in drug taking. However, I will not meet anyone that injects drugs.

ANY FORM OF NONE CONSENSUAL ABUSE, whether it be physically or verbally, towards anyone taking part of a session or towards a member of the public while you are with me WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and the session will end immediately.
Abuse also includes any sexual abuse. If someone says “NO” then it means “NO!”. If they use the safe word during the session then we stop and only continue if they say so! If you do not stop when asked you will be reported to the police.
Equally if I discover you are participating in, ask me to participate and/or send me any forms of illegal sexual activities or any forms of illegal images/footage, again, you will be reported to the police.
